The Franche-Comté energy center, Régie du Conseil Régional de Franche-Comté is composed of 6 people. It works to increase the competence of Franche-Comté professionals in the fields of energy efficiency and environmental quality, the energy performance of buildings and renewable energies.
It was created in 2009 by the Region of Franche-Comté and ADEME (Agency for the Environment and Energy Management) who are the main financiers.
The Energy Cluster is currently working on BIM within its own structure and within two national networks, the BEEP Network (Espace Environnement Pro Building) and the INTERCLUSTER network for about a year. He also co-organized a symposium on BIM on January 29, 2015 in Besançon which gathered 250 people.
